A special note about Aerosols
There is a conflict with the D.O.T. rules and the IATA 1998 rules regarding aerosols, UN 1950
- Do NOT use the Aerosols proper shipping name listed in the 1998 regulations; it is illegal under U.S. Law
- Instead, use the description from the 1997 edition of the IATA DGR or 49 CFR which is:
- Aerosols, [class], UN 1950
